Preamble

BeeMatch (hereinafter referred to as "BeeMatch" or the "Platform") is operated by BeeMatch AI Technology Limited (a company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information in the course of providing our influencer marketing matchmaking services.

BeeMatch 智蜂尋源（以下簡稱「智蜂尋源」或「平台」）由 BeeMatch AI Technology Limited（一家依據香港特別行政區法律設立的公司，以下簡稱「我們」或「公司」）營運。本隱私政策描述我們在提供達人營銷配對服務過程中，如何收集、使用、儲存、共用和保護您的個人資料。

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of our services.

透過存取、註冊或使用本平台，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本隱私政策的全部內容。如您不同意，請停止使用我們的服務。

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies solely to personal information processing activities associated with our influencer marketing platform. It does not cover any email-broadcasting tools, affiliate marketing systems, or stand-alone AI agent products. References in this Policy to "Services" mean specifically the influencer matchmaking, ad-campaign management, campaign tracking, and settlement features of the BeeMatch Platform.

• Campaign and Collaboration Data: campaign briefs and requirements, target audiences, product details, budgets, schedules, and the communications exchanged between you, us, and the influencers.

• Creative Content and Approval Records: samples to be shipped, draft deliverables, feedback, approval/rejection records, and post-publication confirmations.

• Billing and Payment Data: wallet top-up records, payment-method credentials (processed by our payment service provider), invoices, and transaction history.

• Device and Technical Information: device type, operating system, browser, language settings, IP address, geographic location (city/country level), session identifiers, and system logs.

• Usage Behavior Data: page visits, click paths, response times, error logs, and feature usage.

• Campaign Performance Data: views, clicks, conversion rates, engagement metrics, post links, and attribution signals from analytics, short-link, and UTM tools.

2.3 Information from Third Parties and Platform Integrations

• Social Network Integrations: subject to authorization by you or the influencer, public profile and post-level analytics data obtained in accordance with each platform's rules.

• Payment Service Providers (PSPs): limited payment metadata (such as the last four digits of the card number, card brand, and transaction status); we do not store complete card numbers.

We may obtain data relating to creators (influencers) through the following three channels:

(a) Public Information: profile and content information publicly posted by creators on social media platforms;

(b) Social Platform APIs: subject to the creator's authorization, public profile, audience insights, and content performance data obtained through the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms;

(c) Third-Party Data Suppliers: creator data obtained through authorized data-API service providers such as Phyllo, including creator search, profile analytics, and performance data. We require that data supplied by our third-party data vendors be sourced lawfully, and we contractually restrict their data processing activities.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Platform, including matchmaking between advertisers and influencers, order management, pricing, contracting, content publication, and report generation.

• We may use algorithms or machine-learning models for the following functions:

(c) Outbound Outreach: automatically generating and sending initial collaboration invitations based on matchmaking results to help brands efficiently reach target influencers;

(d) Content Review and Risk Detection: conducting compliance checks on creator-submitted content to identify potential infringement, false advertising, or platform policy violations.

（四）內容審核與風險識別：對創作者提交的內容進行合規性檢測，識別潛在的侵權、虛假宣傳或平台政策違規風險。

Unless we obtain your prior express consent, we will not use the content you provide (such as briefs, materials, conversations, or analytical data) to train or fine-tune general-purpose models unrelated to the Services. Where third-party models are integrated for specific functions, we will enter into a data processing agreement with such third parties to ensure that they do not use your data outside the scope authorized by us.

• To measure and attribute campaign performance, generate campaign reports, and support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• To maintain Platform security, detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive behavior, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and user experience.

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations, investigate violations, and enforce agreements between you and us.

3.1 Notice on AI/ML Use

We may use algorithms or machine-learning models to score matches, predict outcomes, and provide personalized recommendations. Unless we obtain your prior express consent, we will not use the content you provide (such as briefs, materials, conversations, or analytical data) to train or fine-tune general-purpose models unrelated to the Services. Where third-party models are integrated for specific functions, we will enter into data processing agreements with such third parties and adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures. We apply a data-minimization principle to data used during model evaluation and service improvement and, where feasible, apply pseudonymization or anonymization.

In accordance with Part 6A of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Guidance on Direct Marketing issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD), we set out below our practices relating to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

(a) Notification of Intended Use

We intend to use your personal data (including your name, email address, and telephone number) for direct marketing purposes. We may not use your personal data for direct marketing unless we have received your consent (which includes an indication of no objection). Silence or inaction on your part does not constitute consent.

(b) Types of Personal Data to Be Used

The following types of personal data may be used by us for direct marketing purposes:

· Name

· Email address

· Telephone number

(c) Classes of Marketing Subjects

The following classes of goods, services, and/or subjects may be marketed using your personal data:

· BeeMatch Platform services and subscription plans;

· Campaign opportunities and collaboration invitations;

· New features, product updates, and promotional offers;

· Industry insights, events, webinars, and marketing resources.

(d) Response Channel and Opt-Out

You may, at any time and without charge, require us to cease using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. To exercise this right, please contact us at:

· Click the "unsubscribe" link provided in any direct marketing communication.

(e) First-Use Notification

When we first use your personal data for direct marketing, we will inform you of your right to require us, without charge, to cease using your personal data in direct marketing.

(f) Oral Consent — Written Confirmation

Where we obtain your oral consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing, we will send you a written confirmation within 14 days confirming the types of personal data, the classes of marketing subjects, and the response channel. You may raise any objection to such confirmation within a reasonable period.

您可隨時要求我們停止將您的個人資料用於直接促銷用途，且我們不得就此收費。如欲行使此權利，請透過以下方式聯絡我們：

· 點擊任何直接促銷通訊中提供的「取消訂閱」連結。

（五）首次使用通知

當我們首次將您的個人資料用於直接促銷時，我們將告知您有權要求我們在不向您收費的情況下停止如此使用您的個人資料。

（六）口頭同意——書面確認

如我們取得您就將個人資料用於直接促銷的口頭同意，我們將於 14 天內向您發送書面確認，確認所涉個人資料種類、促銷標的類別及回應途徑。您可在合理期間內就該書面確認提出異議。

We may send you notices related to the Services. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent for direct marketing; you may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

我們可能向您發送與服務相關的通知。法律法規要求時，我們會就直接行銷獲取您的同意；您可隨時透過電郵中的取消訂閱連結或聯絡我們的方式取消訂閱。

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Performance of a Contract: processing necessary to provide the Platform and campaign services to you.

• Legal Obligation: processing necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

5. With Whom We Share Information

• Integrated Platforms: where authorized by you or the influencer, sharing necessary data with social networks and analytics tools to complete campaign measurement and publishing.

• Professional Advisors: auditors, accountants, and legal advisors, used solely for compliance purposes.

We enter into written agreements with our service providers requiring them to maintain confidentiality, limit the scope of processing, and adopt appropriate security controls. We maintain a sub-processor list and will provide advance notice of any changes through the Platform or by email. We do not sell any personal information.

In the event of a data security incident, we will, in accordance with applicable law, notify you within 72 hours of confirming that the incident affects controller data, describing the nature of the incident, the possible scope of impact, the remedial measures taken or proposed, and the precautions we recommend you take. Where notification is delayed due to a third-party service provider, we will supplement the notification promptly upon obtaining the relevant information.

Although no method of transmission or storage can guarantee 100% security, we continuously evaluate and harden our security posture.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements. Typical retention periods are as follows:

• Account and Profile Data: retained during the life of the account and for up to 24 months after account closure;

Upon expiry of the applicable period, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the data, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
